What you will do
- Design and execute development evaluations for Generative AI products.
- Ensure AI evaluation processes align with the company's Responsible AI principles and playbook.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define evaluation criteria and collect data.
- Analyze evaluation data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Verify that AI outputs are accurate, explainable, unbiased, and equitable.
- Communicate evaluation results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Basic understanding of Responsible AI principles such as fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Must be based in or associated with the Amsterdam location for payroll/contract purposes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimental design, and evaluation metrics.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience or internships in data analysis or AI/ML evaluation.
- Interest in the academic research lifecycle and publishing.
