What you will do

• Develop and fine-tune LLM-powered applications for internal teams and pharma clients.
• Build AI agents for drug commercialization, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and procurement.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions using enterprise CRM and knowledge data.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Cohere.
• Experiment with multimodal AI models for text, image, and audio processing.
• Optimize AI models for efficiency and compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proactivity, self-awareness, and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
