What you will do

• Lead audio technology operations and optimization for immersive sound systems and enterprise-wide infrastructure.
• Develop long-term operational strategy and roadmaps aligned with creative and business objectives.
• Mentor high-performing teams of audio artists and technicians across multiple venues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence roadmaps and operationalize new technologies.
• Manage artist support strategies, including onboarding and technical collaboration for show deployment.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service agreements, and technical support partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in audio design, live sound, or immersive audio for large-scale entertainment.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Deep expertise in live event production or concert touring.
• Experience with spatial audio systems and immersive audio technologies.
• Domestic and international travel: 40%
• Ability to work non-traditional hours that align with the needs of the business
