Salary: PLN 72,000 - 90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Process and analyze large Consumer Panel and survey datasets using Python scripts and internal tools.
• Lead the execution of standard business solutions to help clients optimize their assortment strategy.
• Collaborate with international consultants to prepare modelling data, process studies, and validate outputs.
• Manage multiple project executions, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines for European and Pacific markets.
• Continuously learn and develop Python scripts to optimize data processing workflows.

Requirements

• Background in Economics, Statistics, or Marketing research.
• Must be based in Poland (Hybrid Warsaw).
• English: B2 (Good oral and written communication).
• Basic Python knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data manipulation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills.

• Experience in Data Science.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods.
