What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the daily work of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Own end-to-end recruitment outcomes for the Customer Service division, including quality, time, and cost.
• Develop and maintain accurate recruitment forecasts, capacity models, and hiring timelines.
• Align hiring priorities with real-time business constraints and headcount budgets.
• Audit and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience touchpoints.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to HR policies and legal compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• At least 1 year in a team coordination or leadership role.
• Proven experience as an embedded recruitment partner for business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of the Belarusian labor market and legal aspects of employment.
• English: B2+ required for daily international communication.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy.
