What you will do

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes using BPM methodologies and simulation tools.
• Lead transformation projects and coordinate contributions from analyst teams.
• Design data models and define requirements to support process improvements.
• Identify data flow inefficiencies and implement governance frameworks to ensure quality.
• Define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for optimized processes.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to client proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Information Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in process or data consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM and data modeling.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau and SQL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Experience with AI-related topics and digital process innovation.
