What you will do

• Support the development of new product concepts, formulations, and design directions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and innovation opportunities.
• Maintain product development documentation, including briefs, launch timelines, and trackers.
• Manage samples and organize product logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with Packaging, R&D, and Creative teams to track key action items.
• Assist with submitting and tracking purchase orders to vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
