What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure secure and timely access.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks across the stack using scripts, APIs, and AI agents.
- Administer identity and access management (IAM) across Okta, Google Workspace, and other internal applications.
- Provision and deprovision devices while maturing endpoint tooling (EDR, MDM).
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal technology issues, converting recurring problems into self-serve solutions.
- Lead access reviews and manage IAM-related audit controls for SOC2, ISO27001, and ISO42001.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing onboarding/offboarding in a corporate IT or Security environment.
- Proficiency with SSO and identity providers such as Okta and Google Workspace.
- Experience with endpoint management tooling (Jamf, Kandji/Iru, Intune) and EDR tooling (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Proactive ownership mindset with experience collaborating across HR, Engineering, and Security teams.
- Must be based in the EMEA region or on the US East Coast.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting or agent-based automation.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2 and ISO27001/42001.
- Ability to build operational metrics and dashboards.
