What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Support frontend development using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Apply algorithmic knowledge to large-scale data processing using tools like Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI and data offerings and participate in commercial initiatives.
• Take on team leadership roles and collaborate with colleagues across all levels.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent English, Dutch, and French proficiency (verbal and written).
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium (no work permit sponsorship provided).
• Strong interest in data and AI-related technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
