What you will do

  • Lead the analytical pipeline for win-back initiatives, ensuring a structured trusted-advisor approach.
  • Define and execute the strategic win-back analytical agenda aligned with client business priorities.
  • Diagnose root causes of churn to identify and implement recovery opportunities.
  • Re-establish client value by articulating impact, ROI, and long-term partnership potential.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
  • Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for sustainable client retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an FMCG analytics environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong numerical skills and proven experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in client management and servicing with commercial acumen.
  • Proven consulting skills, including the ability to influence decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strategic mindset capable of assessing risks and defining growth opportunities.
