Lead Brand Designer

TL;DR

Lead Brand Designer (Graphic Design): Developing and refining brand assets and visual identities for various products and brands with an accent on cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Focus on establishing brand guidelines, driving creative direction for campaigns, and mentoring junior designers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Armenia, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Spain, or Portugal)

What you will do

• Develop and refine brand assets including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
• Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products.
• Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints, including SMM, CRM, product, and marketing.
• Review design outputs to maintain high quality standards and mentor designers in brand tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work.
• Expertise in typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must be based in Armenia, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Spain, or Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing.
• Experience working with motion or 3D teams.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring other designers.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior.
