Graphic Designer (iGaming)

Location: Remote within Malta, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, or Georgia

What you will do

• Create attractive and effective designs for marketing, promotions, and user acquisition campaigns.
• Produce digital assets for social media, email headers and templates, game assets, and other creative needs.
• Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines and strengthen visual identities.
• Provide creative recommendations based on competitor activity, industry trends, and the iGaming market.
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently within campaign deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Lead and a wider remote team.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of high-end digital design work and excellent creative and conceptual skills.
• Previous experience or demonstrated exposure to the iGaming or casino industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience with Figma and good video editing skills for simple designs.
• Formal design training and an interest in current design trends.
• Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
