What you will do

• Host engaging team-building social impact activities and events.
• Welcome, engage, and inspire participants during in-person experiences.
• Support nonprofits in the facilitation of on-site events.
• Maintain event flow and ensure high levels of participant engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for contract work on a per-event basis.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• High comfort level with public speaking and interacting with large crowds.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and think quickly during live events.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
