What you will do
- Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to ensure deadline adherence.
- Liaise daily with clients and internal teams via email and telephone.
- Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed with the latest project updates.
- Monitor project timescales and coordinate completions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
- Proven experience in a customer or third-party liaison field.
- Strong understanding and experience in stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar software programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Planning role.
- Previous experience working with Highways authorities.
