What you will do

• Manage the full data lifecycle from exploration and cleaning to modeling and insight generation.
• Develop and deploy predictive models using classical and non-linear ML techniques.
• Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MLEs and software engineers.
• Translate complex data findings into simple, actionable recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
• Strong expertise in SQL for data management and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of classical ML (regression, time series) and non-linear methods (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Must be based in Poland for remote or hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Dash.
• Experience in NLP or leveraging LLMs and Generative AI.
