Senior Software Engineer (.NET, AI)

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (.NET/AI): Designing and maintaining fullstack software systems with an accent on AI agentic workflows and LLM-based automation. Focus on building RAG architectures, intelligent workflow orchestration, and scalable microservices on Azure AKS.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of fullstack solutions using .NET technologies and Angular.
• Build AI-powered agents utilizing LLMs, RAG architecture, and intelligent orchestration to support human-in-the-loop automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions for HR, Communications, and Physical Security applications.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through design and code reviews.
• Develop and deploy microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and maintain CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions.
• Implement ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse for downstream data delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on .NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a software engineering team.
• Proven expertise in building AI/LLM-based applications, including embeddings, vector search, and prompt design.
• Strong proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with Azure Infrastructure, IaC pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of HR and Workday business processes.
• Experience with Azure Databricks and Data Mesh architecture.
• Strong background in Monitoring and Observability practices.
