What you will do

• Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR enhancements.
• Integrate contact center solutions with backend systems via APIs.
• Develop custom logic using AWS Lambda in Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Design routing profiles, queues, and dynamic business hours/holiday routing.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to deploy and consume APIs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot scripting issues for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building Amazon Connect contact flows with DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
• Expertise in CRM integration, chatbot development, email, and SMS solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with AWS Lambda API integration.
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or GoCD.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in contact center environments such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
