What you will do

• Lead mobile development initiatives for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and plan implementations.
• Architect and oversee bespoke feature implementations to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Guide the team in technical decision-making and complex problem-solving.
• Oversee the full feature delivery lifecycle from planning to release.
• Ensure structured communication across engineering and product departments.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional mobile development experience in Android and iOS.
• Strong background in Kotlin and Android development, including Jetpack Compose.
• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift.
• Familiarity with state management patterns such as Flux.
• Proven experience in mobile application performance optimization.
• Must be able to maintain a 5+ hour overlap with PST time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform architectural decision-making.
• Prior leadership experience in a multi-platform mobile team.
