What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and actionable roadmap for the Plan/Source application.
• Lead engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of platform improvements and new capabilities.
• Manage the product backlog, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution.
• Collaborate with business teams to conduct discovery, user research, and business process analysis.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance.
• Lead the adoption and execution of Agile frameworks and team metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technology, IT, or Product Management.
• 8+ years of advanced expertise working with SAP ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4, Production Planning (PP), and implementing Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live).
• Experience with Materials Management (MM), reporting, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management.
• Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA).
