What you will do

• Conduct clinical review of cases not meeting criteria by performing clinical intake.
• Adjudicate and close cases based on clinical findings.
• Request additional clinical information to facilitate case resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to Medical Directors for further review.

Requirements

• Active PRC and USRN License.
• Minimum 2 years of Bedside Experience.
• At least 2 years of Triage Phone handling experience.
• Experience in ER, OR, Medical Surgical, UR, UM, Triage, ICU, or Hemodialysis.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night, graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
