What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety information requests from healthcare professionals and consumers via multiple communication channels.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, product complaints, and special situation events in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Formulate accurate responses using approved labeling, literature, and company databases.
• Perform quality checks on logged inquiries and adverse event reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in writing custom medical information responses based on approved data sources.
• Provide rotational after-hours coverage as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Nursing degree required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn inquiry handling databases.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask under restrictive timeframes.
