What you will do
- Drive issue-based analyses and deliver proactive, actionable insights to clients.
- Build effective analytical presentations and employ consultative storytelling for recommendations.
- Maintain high KPIs for data quality, analysis, and reporting delivery.
- Develop strong client relationships through empathetic understanding of their business needs.
- Integrate new techniques and technologies into the qualitative research practice.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Qualitative research.
- Practical expertise in moderation, focus groups, ethnography, and in-depth interviews.
- Ability to synergize both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong research discipline with a result-focused and optimistic mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience or academic studies in Ethnography, Semiotics, Design thinking, or UI/UX.
