What you will do

• Develop complex Java and C++ applications using a multimedia framework (Steaming, RTP, RTSP).
• Build multimedia framework components for Android OS using C++ and Java (not Android app development).
• Work in a Linux-based development environment and apply Linux platform knowledge.
• Own features across the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, code review, testing, and release.
• Investigate and troubleshoot development issues and identify solutions; measure software performance using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of application development experience with C++ and Java.
• 2+ years of Android development experience (Android OS multimedia framework, not Android apps).
• Experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, code review, testing, and release.
• Strong ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as bash, python, or javascript.
