Salary: 1480000-1945000 EUR

What you will do

• Implement backend applications and infrastructure in a microservices architecture.
• Research blockchain fundamentals and integrate new protocol features into the platform.
• Work across external protocol integration patterns and internal wallet infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers while driving independent problem-solving.
• Support production reliability via on-call, incident response, and post-incident follow-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
• Understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and distributed systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise/institutional blockchain solutions.
• Security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain systems.
• Experience with MPC, multi-signature wallets, or advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
