What you will do

• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure compliance and performance.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user access controls.
• Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to ensure high availability.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and implement process improvements.
• Support infrastructure projects and technology upgrades aligned with strategic operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Chile without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• English and/or Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred.
