Data Platform Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provision and manage compute, storage, and network resources.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure components in private clouds, VMs, and physical servers (CaaS).
• Manage GitOps pipelines and templates using Helm and Terraform.
• Automate environment lifecycles (dev/test/prod) and implement backups.
• Establish observability through metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Security/IAM, and Admin teams for platform integration.

Requirements

• Strong experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with data components: Airflow, Trino, Flink, Hive, DBT, SQL, Iceberg/S3.
• Deep understanding of CaaS and containerization.
• Experience in the Payments or Banking industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
