What you will do

• Lead the planning team for a major project with a high-profile client.
• Develop detailed, resource and cost-loaded, logic-linked project programmes.
• Integrate contractor schedules and regulatory requirements while ensuring alignment with contractual milestones.
• Maintain timely and accurate schedule updates to reflect current progress.
• Identify and advise on foreseeable execution risks.
• Manage all change and compensation events.

Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline.
• Highly skilled in the use of Primavera P6 planning software.
• Minimum of 15 years of major project planning experience, including building fully integrated logic-linked EPC programmes.
• Advanced understanding of WBS and CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite at our office near Inverness.

Nice to have

• Practical experience working under NEC contracts.
• Experience in the training and development of others.
• Background in transmission projects, heavy civils, highways, rail, or oil & gas.
