Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Ukraine) - Must be based in Kyiv or be able to visit the office 1-2 days per quarter

What you will do

• Manage client relationships as the primary owner within the Customer Success team.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBO), and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Deliver data-driven presentations and actionable recommendations to C-suite executives.
• Identify and convert new sales leads and strategic growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal product and operations teams to enhance the client experience.
• Coach and develop junior team members in data analysis and analytical tool usage.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, market research, or category management.
• Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytical software solutions.
• English and Ukrainian proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree (Honours degree preferred).
• Proven experience in consultative client management and data storytelling.
