What you will do

• Engage customers on security-related architectures and risk topics across the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution designs.
• Monitor attack surfaces, vulnerabilities, and telemetry to report trends and identify health checks.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities through checkpoint reviews.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders to discuss risk, status, and modernization roadmaps.
• Support account executives on security- and AI-driven expansion motions.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Germany
• 5+ years of experience in engineering architecture for cybersecurity-related products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in data security and governance, including DSPM/DLP and AI/ML architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk and resilience.
• Hands-on experience with solution design, POCs, and maturity modeling.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM).
• VMCE certification.
