What you will do

• Provide real-time expert guidance to pilots regarding MEL dispatch and technical troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary interface between the flight crew and the maintenance department.
• Manage the AOG recovery process, including the initiation and follow-up of spares requests.
• Monitor MEL/CDL and critical deferred defects to ensure rectification within established time limits.
• Analyze repetitive defects across the fleet and coordinate with maintenance providers for resolution.
• Collaborate with the Operations Control Centre (OCC) to update maintenance plans and reduce disruptions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a Part-145 or Part-M approved organization.
• EASA Part 66 Cat B1.1 LAME certification (A320 CEO and NEO).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Deep knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations, including Subpart I, CAME, and MOE.
• Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office.

Nice to have

• A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III).
• A330 training.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
