What you will do

• Provide real-time advice to pilots on MEL dispatch and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance departments, flight crews, maintenance providers, and the Operations Control Centre.
• Manage AOG recovery, including spare-parts requests and resources for non-scheduled defects.
• Monitor MEL, CDL, and critical deferred defects across the fleet and coordinate rectification plans within permitted time limits.
• Track repetitive defects and obtain approved technical data for non-standard aircraft damage or complex troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements while minimizing schedule disruptions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a Part-145 or Part-M approved organization.
• Thorough knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations, including Subpart I.
• Thorough understanding of CAME and MOE.
• Good knowledge of AMOS and Microsoft Office.
• Aircraft technical education, such as EASA Part 66 Category B1.1 LAME training for A320 CEO and NEO aircraft.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• A320 family CEO/NEO type training, Level III.
• A330 training.
• Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
