What you will do

• Provide domain-specific architectural solutions for various business verticals.
• Recommend and define architecture approaches for project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead the design review process to ensure technical recommendations are implemented and monitored.
• Research and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to evolve the technology architecture.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including problem analysis, design, development, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues involving performance tuning, memory management, and database architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software and IT-related projects.
• 4+ years of experience acting as a full-time architect.
• Strong technical expertise in Java EE, Spring Boot, and cloud-based distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Application servers (Tomcat, JBoss), Messaging (Active MQ), and Database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL).
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Experience with AWS cloud computing.
