What you will do

• Provide one-on-one coaching on recruiting strategy, firm selection, and interview prep.
• Facilitate placements at hedge funds, HFTs, and asset managers using professional networks.
• Host virtual office hours and group coaching sessions for community members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers at quant firms to source live opportunities.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track placement outcomes to optimize the process.
• Develop recruiting-focused content, including firm guides and interview prep materials.

Requirements

• Direct experience in quant recruiting or headhunting specializing in trading placements.
• Strong network within quantitative finance, including hedge funds, prop shops, and HFTs.
• Deep understanding of the nuances between quant researcher, trader, and developer roles.
• Ability to advise candidates ranging from new graduates to experienced professionals.
• Must be based in the United States.
