What you will do

• Collaborate with architects and developers to define infrastructure requirements and design comprehensive platform solutions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket to streamline deployment processes.
• Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation on AWS.
• Conduct PoCs to evaluate new tools and technologies, assessing their impact on platform operations.
• Mentor team members on advanced DevOps practices and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Engage directly with clients to prioritize demands, plan solutions, and manage project timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in DevOps focusing on platform architecture and scalable infrastructure design.
• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating technical team members.
• Proficiency in Bitbucket, Python, Bash, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Previous experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) or software development.
• Proven track record of designing platform-level infrastructure strategies.
