What you will do

• Write and test high-performing ad copy across platforms, iterating based on winning hooks and conversion data.
• Own the end-to-end email strategy, including automations, broadcasts, and autoresponder sequences.
• Lead new funnel launches, managing the full process from copy and setup to QA.
• Conduct customer avatar and voice-of-customer research to translate insights into high-converting copy.
• Review all marketing materials for FTC compliance and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Streamline marketing workflows and SOPs using AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in direct response marketing, preferably in info products, coaching, or online education.
• Proven track record of direct response copy with demonstrable conversion results.
• Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, GHL, or Hyros.
• Solid understanding of Facebook and/or Google paid ads.
• Experience with FTC compliance reviews.
• Proficiency with AI tools for marketing efficiency.
