What you will do

• Lead project teams for submissions to Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA-AMC), INESSS, provincial agencies, and private payers.
• Manage the end-to-end submission process, including creating workplans and handling all touchpoints with health technology assessment (HTA) organizations.
• Develop clinical summaries, budget impact analyses, and other required submission components for HTA filings.
• Conduct interviews with key opinion leader clinicians and facilitate advisory boards with ex-payers to optimize reimbursement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the Canadian access and reimbursement landscape to update strategic deliverables.

Requirements

• MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in health economics, HTA, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with HTA submissions and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with strong interpersonal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in model programming using VBA.
