What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for participation in wholesale electricity markets (CAISO, NYISO, ERCOT, MISO, PJM) and utility-run programs.
• Build and manage financial revenue models, including monthly accruals, forecasts, and reconciliations to actuals.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators, program administrators, and customers.
• Create short and mid-term market strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with internal teams to meet growth and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale energy markets, energy economics, energy trading, or energy management.
• Degree in business/finance, energy economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, data, and financial modeling skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to thrive in a distributed team using asynchronous communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with the California ISO and California state agencies (CEC/CPUC).
