What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operational framework of the IT vendor landscape and handle commercial escalations.
• Maintain the centralized IT contract pipeline, tracking renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations.
• Analyze complex enterprise software agreements to identify optimization levers ahead of renewals.
• Act as the gatekeeper for the P2P platform by verifying and uploading contract paperwork and purchase order documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, or IT Contract Compliance.
• Strong operational understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and consumption-based cloud subscription models.
• Proven background in contract negotiation and vendor governance.
• Familiarity with modern S2P or P2P platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong organizational skills and assertive communication style.
