What you will do

• Define and lead domain architecture strategies aligned to General Insurance business outcomes.
• Own and communicate the technology uplift and modernisation vision across the domain.
• Create and maintain clear architectural roadmaps to guide delivery teams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into practical solutions.
• Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to lift capability and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in domain or solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background delivering large-scale digital or technology transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns including cloud, APIs, and microservices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience working across end-to-end technology stacks and delivery models.
• Must be based in Australia to support the hybrid working model.
