What you will do
- Define and lead domain architecture strategies aligned to General Insurance business outcomes.
- Own and communicate the technology uplift and modernisation vision across the domain.
- Create and maintain clear architectural roadmaps to guide delivery teams.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into practical solutions.
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to lift capability and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in domain or solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background delivering large-scale digital or technology transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns including cloud, APIs, and microservices.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience working across end-to-end technology stacks and delivery models.
- Must be based in Australia to support the hybrid working model.
