What you will do

• Define target-state architecture and drive design decisions aligned with enterprise principles and global requirements.
• Run design authority for ERP transformation, resolving trade-offs in cost, speed, risk, and compliance.
• Lead Solution Architecture chapter, coaching architects, setting standards, and building capabilities.
• Own cross-domain integration strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party apps, ensuring scalable data flows.
• Embed governance and compliance (SOX, GDPR, ISO13485) into designs with data, security, and regulatory teams.
• Collaborate on multi-year architecture roadmap and lead review forums for consistent patterns across vendors.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture, 8+ years leading large-scale ERP/global transformations.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (preferred) or similar SaaS ERP in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial.
• Proven track record designing/implementing architectures for global multi-region/multi-entity organizations.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration, data architecture (APIs, event-driven, batch, master data).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and integration tools (iPaaS, ESB, API gateways).
• Ability to lead/develop architect teams, influence stakeholders, and use methods like TOGAF/ArchiMate.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related; regulatory knowledge (SOX, GDPR, ISO13485).
