What you will do

• Lead the discovery, development, and implementation of AI and digital solutions across the insurance lifecycle.
• Prototype and scale new ideas in collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage the innovation pipeline from initial idea generation to proof-of-concept and scaling.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Partner with IT to manage the product roadmap and backlog to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize product performance through data-driven iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AI tools, specifically Claude Code and MS Copilot.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Availability for an internship duration of 6 - 12 months.
