What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services for high-volume on-chain transaction flows across EVM and non-EVM networks.
• Own end-to-end development of backend components and APIs, from architecture decisions to production deployment.
• Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes across various ecosystems.
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards.
• Optimize existing production systems for performance, reliability, and security to reduce latency.
• Collaborate with product, protocol research, and platform engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer.
• Deep blockchain and Web3 experience, including transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract interactions.
• Proven experience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base) and non-EVM chains (Solana, TON, Tron).
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and operating microservices in production CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of security principles and cryptography within a blockchain context.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending markets, or bridging infrastructure.
• Experience with Web3 tooling and libraries (ethers.js, viem, web3.js, Solana web3.js).
• Fullstack experience with React.
