What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Build and customize plugins, skills, and automations for AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code and Cursor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Contribute to frontend tasks using React or React Native when required.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and the Node.js backend ecosystem.
• Solid experience in API development, integrations, databases, and system design.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude) and specifically Claude Code.
• Ability to build custom plugins and skills for Claude or Cursor.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher required.
• Proactive and self-driven approach with a high level of ownership and solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React or React Native.
• Ability to contribute to UI-related tasks.
• Experience working across multiple tech stacks.
