Reverse Supply Chain RTV Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate repair and return orders between RMA partners and EMS factory providers.
• Create return orders, track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and resolve logistics deviations.
• Monitor order status, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and ensure agreed lead times are met.
• Maintain accurate master data and operational metrics in the ERP system.
• Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives across reverse supply chain processes and collaboration.

Requirements

• Education in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in administrative and coordinating work.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Structured, accurate, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with aftermarket operations or reverse logistics.
• Supply Chain Management experience in a global organization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
