Senior Procurement Leader / Category Manager – Indirect Material & Services (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for selected indirect material and services categories to deliver value and cost efficiency.
• Manage and develop a broad supplier base with focus on quality, delivery, innovation, and sustainability.
• Lead negotiations and secure competitive agreements.
• Drive procurement process improvements and digitalization to increase transparency and ease of buying.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing solutions.
• Lead category transformation during hirify.global Robotics’ organizational transition, with interaction across local and global procurement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics and at least 8 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in indirect procurement.
• Experience in real estate, facility management, or production-related services is relevant to the role.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Analytical, structured, and target-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, ability to learn quickly, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
