What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of authentication and authorization frameworks using open industry standards.
• Architect and build access control systems utilizing permissions, roles, and attributes.
• Develop cloud-native microservices and APIs using Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Manage cloud infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and container orchestration platforms.
• Implement comprehensive observability for services, including metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.
• Lead security reviews of services and drive the remediation of identified issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software or security engineer, specifically focusing on authentication, authorization, or access control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing authentication flows and authorization models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with relational and graph databases, including data modeling.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in distributed authorization and graph-based policy engines.
• Experience with event streaming platforms and message-driven architectures.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across teams and influence platform roadmaps.
• Experience with centralized logging and search platforms for large, distributed systems.
