What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex drone systems.
• Drive the product development process from engineering pilot to full industrialization.
• Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements.
• Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers and manage project risks.
• Identify and escalate missing project enablers to ensure alignment with production goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology or manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, series projects and complex deliveries in mass production environments.
• Proven track record of coordinating technical teams to achieve production milestones.
• Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge or disruptive environments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
