What you will do

• Manage daily and weekend operational processes for the day-ahead power market in Europe.
• Secure continuous improvement of business processes to meet customer expectations and ensure robustness.
• Provide technical support and testing for trading and market coupling systems and customer-facing platforms.
• Contribute to the development of trading platforms and product offerings.
• Deliver excellent customer service during day-to-day operations.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational duty arrangements for the European power market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a shift-based environment.
• Technical aptitude and interest in trading systems and market platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be based in Lysaker, Oslo, Norway.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language.
