What you'll do:
— Actively prospect and acquire new clients in banking, fintech, and government sectors across Southeast Asia;
— Own the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close;
— Generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and industry events;
— Engage and build relationships with C-level decision-makers in financial institutions and government bodies;
— Drive your pipeline forward: handle objections, manage timelines, move deals;
— Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new APAC markets;
— Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver the right solution.
What we're looking for:
— Proven track record in active B2B sales: consistent quota attainment, new logo acquisition;
— Experience building pipeline independently - no warm leads handed to you;
— Background in banking, fintech, government, or adjacent industries;
— Comfortable navigating C-suite and complex stakeholder environments;
— Understanding of enterprise sales and/or government procurement cycles;
— Strong negotiation and communication skills — Fluent English (required);
— Ready to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.
