Cybersecurity Compliance Lead (IoT)

TL;DR

Cybersecurity Compliance Lead (Cybersecurity/IoT): Leading the end-to-end product security compliance function and PSIRT incident response for wireless technology with an accent on regulatory alignment and certification pipelines. Focus on driving readiness for the EU Cyber Resilience Act and managing complex certifications such as PSA, SESIP, FIPS, and Common Criteria.

What you will do

• Set direction and priorities for the Compliance function across PSIRT and Certification & Compliance.
• Own delivery of CRA Article 14 and conformity assessment readiness by December 2027.
• Manage the active certification pipeline including PSA, SESIP, FIPS, and Common Criteria.
• Allocate priorities, capacity, and budget for the compliance function and arbitrate trade-offs.
• Represent the company to international regulation bodies such as CENELEC.
• Hire, develop, and grow the Compliance team as the scope expands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Several years of experience in product security, regulatory affairs, or product certification leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
• Direct experience with PSIRT operations, product cybersecurity certification, or EU product compliance regimes.
• Working knowledge of CRA, RED DA, NIS2, PSA, SESIP, FIPS, and Common Criteria.
