What you will do
- Define and drive the CRA compliance strategy for MCU and MPU product portfolios.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical security controls, design principles, and architecture guidelines.
- Design and maintain robust security architectures for both legacy products and New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Lead system-level threat modeling and security risk assessments for hardware and software.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and compliance teams to embed security into development processes.
- Support audit readiness through security evidence generation and end-to-end traceability.
Requirements
- Strong background in embedded systems security and software/hardware security architecture.
- Proven experience with threat modeling methodologies and technologies such as secure boot, cryptography, and firmware protection.
- Familiarity with security certification frameworks like PSA, SESIP, or Common Criteria.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical implementations.
- Strong analytical thinking and experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
- Must be based in or able to work from Gratkorn, Austria
